The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore nearby hotspots like the Queen Mary and Aquarium within walking distance. the cleanliness of the place was commendable, and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and professional. We loved the amazing housekeeping service that ensured our room was replenished daily. the SIP Bar Lounge offered delicious craft cocktails and California cuisine, adding to our delightful experience. Despite a sudden family emergency cutting our trip short, the staff handled the situation with understanding and assisted us in the best possible way. I look forward to returning for another getaway at this welcoming hotel.
